Description:
This is a commercial (telephone exchange) property that the PCBU engaged us to remove the angle/return section of cladding surrounding the roof and vertical cladding above the windows.
Method:
Due to close proximity to the town center and weather conditions this commercial property was completely shrink wrapped. APS was tasked with removing the top half of exterior cladding so that a new roof could be installed.
Conclusion:
Work was completed successfully with in/under time and below budget. While removal was in process a separate access point was established to give authorised workers safe access to the exchange, this ensured the exchange was able to function smoothly without any disturbance to maintenance crews. Final visual clearance was conducted and we handed the site back to our client clean and safe so they were able to go ahead with repairs.
